Elicha Roberts
CPO

Elicha Roberts has over 15 years of experience in the prosthetics and orthotics profession and serves as the Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist.

Her educational background began with studies in Mechanical Engineering and Integrative Therapeutic Practices, a holistic pre-med nursing program that emphasized mindfulness, whole-body wellness, and patient-centered care. By combining engineering principles with a holistic mindset, Elicha discovered her passion for prosthetics and orthotics and developed a unique approach to patient care that considers the entire body, not just a diagnosis.

A life-changing head-on collision left Elicha unable to walk for a few years. That personal experience created a deeper understanding of physical recovery, resilience, and the emotional impact mobility challenges can have on a person’s life. It also strengthened her desire to help others regain function, confidence, and independence.

Elicha completed her undergraduate studies at Metropolitan State University and continued her education at California State University, Dominguez Hills, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics.

Throughout her career, Elicha has worked across the United States with both pediatric and adult patient populations. Her experience includes collaboration within multidisciplinary medical environments alongside medical teams. These experiences helped shape her comprehensive and compassionate philosophy of care.

She has a special passion for pediatrics and enjoys helping children become stronger, more independent, and more confident in their abilities. Her goal is to help every patient feel empowered, capable, and supported throughout their journey.

One of her personal philosophies is: “Abnormality is the normality in my locality.”

She believes every individual deserves to feel welcome, heard, understood, and respected when entering the clinic. Her mission is not only to help patients return to where they once were, but whenever possible, to help them become even stronger than when they began.

When she is not in clinic, Elicha enjoys spending time outdoors, volunteering, hiking, gardening, and spending time with her dogs.
